About this truth or dare wheel
This truth or dare wheel lands on Truth or Dare, and the actual question or challenge stays hidden until the player presses Reveal. Nobody can peek at the next prompt, and nobody has to think one up on the spot. The starting prompts are clean enough for a mixed group, and every one of them can be changed.

- Sleepovers: Swap in your own prompts before friends arrive so the reveals are a surprise even to you.
- Family game night: Keep the dares physical and silly so younger kids and grandparents can both join in.
- Team socials: Use light truths about hobbies and travel, and dares like a 10-second talent show.
- Video calls: Share your screen and let each person shout "spin" on their turn.
Why the prompts are hidden
On most truth or dare wheels the question is written on the slice, so everyone reads it while the wheel is still turning and the moment is gone. Here each slice only says Truth or Dare. The prompt sits behind it and shows up when someone presses Reveal, so the whole room finds out at the same time. It also means a player cannot steer towards an easy one.
Switch on "Read the result aloud" in Settings and the wheel reads the prompt out as soon as it is revealed, which helps on a TV across the room or for players who are still learning to read.
Writing your own truths and dares
Open the Weights and colors tab and click the eye icon next to any slice to change its hidden prompt. You can also add more Truth and Dare slices, or rename one to "Player’s choice". If your group prefers truths, give the Truth slices a weight of 2 and they come up twice as often.
Good truths are about stories and opinions rather than secrets: the best holiday, the worst haircut, a favorite childhood show. Good dares are quick, safe and done in the room: an impression, a short dance, speaking in an accent until the next turn. Skip anything that involves phones, other people’s belongings or leaving the room.
Keeping the game fun for everyone
Agree on one simple rule before you start: anyone can pass once per game, no questions asked. It keeps the game relaxed and stops a single uncomfortable prompt from spoiling the evening. For a younger group, the Truth or Dare for Kids wheel has prompts written for children; Truth or Dare for Teens suits sleepovers; and the adults version is meant for grown-up parties.
