American history, one president at a time
The wheel picks from a set of well-known presidents, each with the order in which they served. Use it to assign research projects, to run an AP US History review or to play a trivia round at home.
Ask students to describe the president’s main policies, the major events of their time and one decision still debated today. Comparing two presidents from different centuries makes the project richer.
Adapting for your class
Add the presidents you are studying, and delete the rest. Younger students can focus on one fact each, while older ones can build arguments about leadership. Use Remove winner after each spin so that every student gets a different president.
